Anyone else feel that Dylan's Mod makes the game a bit too easy? Pretty much any gun drops the enemies in one shot. You might actually have to hit them twice for some of the pistols. The increased damage the player takes doesn't really matter when the enemies go down before they can get off a few shots.Kinda, but shooting 10 times a shirtless enemy wasn't that fun either.
This mod fixes what Ubisoft left unfixed. Dylan's Realism Mod changes Far Cry 2 from an Africa-based sedan and pickup truck simulator into a true African conflict simulator. Realistic weapon damage, recoil, realistic ammo loads and weapon reliability have been added, along with a more effective stealth suit, and revamped AI weapons. The most glaring problem with Far Cry 2 are the respawning enemies at every post. It makes going anywhere a hassle. Aside from that it's a very good game. There might be a mod that reduces the chances of being followed by respawning enemies, but it doesn't stop them from appearing in the first place.

No you won't be able to run around and knifing everyone while they shoot at you. If you are the more stealthy type it probably will still be pretty easy. Download running man 204 subtitle indonesia. If you want to have fire fights, just use some cover and maybe switch spots often and you'll be fine. That's just my thoughts but if it proved to hard for you, you could always turn the difficulty down (I think). Just remember, while you may take a lot of damage quickly, they take even more.;).
